Hey, I've recently started to promote freedom on my YouTube channel and 2 of my followers have clicked the link that I provided but have said there channels have been declined? Any ideas on why? Is there a subscriber limit or something?

As with all channels, they need 1k subscribers and 4k hours of watch time to monetize. If they don't have that their channel is denied.
