Just for a bit of fun and fitness. Here are the rules, you nominate the number of push-ups the following poster has to do, but you also have to do that number of push-ups. They then also nominate the next number of push-ups also doing that number. Obviously there is no way to check this, but you're only going to cheat yourself if you lie! For now try to keep the number you nominate low (under 30-ish)
Example
I nominate 5 *I do 5 push-ups*
Next user to post nominates 10 *they do 5 + 10 push-ups*
Next user to posts nominates 7 *they do 10 +7 push-ups*
