I think we are short on payment options, I would suggest to payoneer as a very good way to withdraw money.

In my opinion stripe and PayPal are enough to support for now. Though I don't know the differences lol
Well Freedom looks at payment method which are accessable for a large number of its partners, and other things such as the security of payments, ease of use and general security (got to be secure moving so many payments to so many partners). Personally its nice to see Freedom outlining different payment options, I'm sure we will get to the stage whereby more options are available though it may take time
At the moment they are working towards new payments options so keep an eye out
