New PC or new camra?

Hey guys.....

So i had this question for a long time now

The question is if i had to upgrade one thing at a time what will it be? A pc or a camera? (I make sketches and things)

I mean if I buy a new camera the quality will be better but i won't be able to edit the video that good

and if I buy a pc I will be able to edit videos better and faster but the quality won't be that good

So....?

what do guys think is the better option?
