Hi,
If your familiar with mixing and mastering you are able to remove vocals in some songs by targeting the specific frequencies that they are recorded at. Find the frequency the vocals are in and using a EQ plugin lower that band until they are quiet.
Otherwise I'd suggest you find another song

Normally, you can achieve this through cancellation but it only ever works very rarely. You need to take out the vocals through a process called inverse cancellation where you just invert one channel of a mixer track and then mixdown the channel into mono. This would cancel out the vocals as they're most likely the closest to being a mono signal with only reverb applied to it.
