Im getting a channel approved how long does this normally take? it has taken 3 days once 10k views but its about 2 weeks now .. slow for anyone else?

The delays might be caused by YouTube employing stricter policies due to Elsagate:
An update on the blog says Youtube is "Carefully considering which channels and videos are eligible for advertising. We are planning to apply stricter criteria, conduct more manual curation, while also significantly ramping up our team of ad reviewers to ensure ads are only running where they should"

Unfortunately I don't think there is anything Freedom can do especially as monetisation, for channels is reviewed by YouTube.
