PC Modded Minecraft Group

Hello Everyone,
I am looking to put together a group of people "well educated" in modded minecraft.
My qualification of being "well educated":

1. Have played or used many different mods across many minecraft versions.
2. Have personally messed around with configs or made a custom pack.
3. Have the ability to learn what is listed above.

Must meet one or more of above "qualifications".

If you don't know much about configing modded minecraft i am also looking for people to just play and test the pack and attempt to find errors or ideas to better the pack.

Well I've played a lot of different modpacks and messed around with different mods but never config them
