Depends on your budget. If you want something that sounds decent clear, enough for you to convey what it is that you're trying to say, then a headset with a microphone attachment is your go to. However, given that I'm such a sucker for quality, your best bet for this is to get your preferred headphone and then buy the Antlion Mod Mic. Its going to set you back 50 bucks.

If you want something that sounds entry level but don't want to splurge on cash, then your go to is the CAD GXL2400-USB

If you want something that's sort of like a complete package, then grab the Marantz Professional Pod Pack 1. It has the microphone, the USB cable, and a boom arm that you can mount on your table. I recommend this one above the rest mainly because of how decent it sounds and because it comes with a boom arm, meaning you can move your mic really close to your mouth and take advantage of its proximity effect. Its going to cost you 50 bucks, though.

I would highly suggest you stray from the BM800 microphones as they have a high self noise resulting in a damaged recording, losing alot of the higher frequencies after post processing.
Given your budget of $35, I can only recommend the CAD GXL2400 USB and a boom arm that costs probably less that $10. Sure, the total is $5 more than your budget but trust me, as someone who has spent his entire life infront of microphones, that this is your best go to.
