From what I can see, because I'm rather sad and looked this up then past 14.6 of YouTube terms of service states

14.6 The Terms, and your relationship with YouTube under the Terms, shall be governed by English law. You and YouTube agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that YouTube shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or other equivalent types of urgent legal remedy) in any jurisdiction.

But then again they have a whole section on Copyright - https://www.youtube.com/intl/en-GB/yt/about/copyright/#learn-about-copyright
And it isn't that clear about which country jurisdiction they use to determine this, as I would think this would be based on the content the copyright came from, as well as applicable English Law as mentioned above. If in doubt just don't upload things that are copyright
