Solved issue with channel

it says i have 2 issues with my channel just wanna know what they are

To join Freedom! now you need to have the following requirements:

• Your channel must abide by YouTube’s Community Guidelines and should be in good standing.
• Your channel must be part of the YouTube Partnership Program (4000 Watch Hours in 12 months AND 1000 Subscribers)
• Your channel must have at least 5,000 subscribers OR 100,000 views in the last 30 days.

i thought freedom had no requirements except you may not have any copyrighted content

That has changed a few months ago, partially due to changes in YouTube's ecosystem.
