I am a creator who makes Minecraft videos and stuff. But recently, I have heard this news about the changes in the new terms and services of YouTube, about kids' content. I was really worried if Minecraft would fall into this category. Since Minecraft is for all ages, I really don't know if I should say my content is for kids or not.

With the ambiguous and vague way the new regulations are worded, it’s possible that Minecraft will fall under kids content, as will others like lego, cartoon, toys, etc.

The biggest fear that many people have right now, is the possibility for YouTube’s machine learning to make mistakes and incorrectly flag their content, and when the FTC conducts its sweep of YouTube starting January 1, 2020 it may land content creators with up to $42,530 fine per video.
