I have just been updated by Development that if you press the feedback button in the miner its self
It will now auto gather all the log files and your hardware specifications. Have you submitted a report this way? If you have not already done so it would be greatly appreciated.

Provide me with a DX Diag
1 Press windows key
2 Type: run
3 Press enter
After this
4 Type Dxdiag in to the open dialog box
5 Press ok
This screen should open please press save all information:
save and send it over to [email protected] this will give us a full over view of your system so we can investigate further. If you could also put your video in the support ticket that would be really helpful. If you have already created a ticket please let me know of the ticket ID so I can follow up to see that it has been escalated in the right way.

could you also include the log's from please you can see the directory there saved in inside the config menu
