Step 1: Upload videos.

Step 2 (Optional, but recommended): Share your videos.

Step 3: Wait... while continuing to upload videos (because it'd be crazy to only upload one video when some videos can draw more attention than others).

Sub4sub is not a way to grow... in fact, it's not any growth at all since you still need active subs so, sub4subs are the same as 0 or perhaps even worse because it can damage your channel

I personally don't think you should class things as free views, growing on YouTube takes dedication and hard work and if your not willing to put in the effort, and want to cheat to get 'free views' then there is no point getting started in the first place. As you said getting views or subscribers through things like sub4sub and view4view isn't the way to grow and can end up hurting your channel more in the long run so I really wouldn't bother
