As mentioned above unless you had a pending application with Freedom before YouTube changed to the 10K monetisation rule you won't be able to partner with Freedom until you have hit this

Sub4Sub is very bad for both channels, and doesn't help either of them grow - on top of that it is also against Freedom's and YouTube's rules. As such I would appreciate it if you would unsub to me, as otherwise your just going to be a dead sub which is going to cause more harm then good
