Well typically you could search for no copyright music on YouTube or indeed via a search engine, though its always best practise to credit the original creator when using it and adhere to other rules they implement. With that being said even after that always ensure you have some kind of proof you have permission to use the music so if the creator is using an automatic flagging system, then you can always dispute the claim with your proof and have it repealed.
There are a lot of music networks who showcases content from the community and treat them as a non copyrighted material (as long as they are properly credited through the video or at least the description). One channel is NoCopyrightSounds. From there, they have so many channel affiliations that share uncopyrighted content that you can place on your vids, just look em up and dig deeper.

I'll be honest, Youtube has a TON of free music you can use that can be found in your creator studios. Some of the songs you will have to put in your description but it'll tell you what to put. Like a copy and paste.
