How do i promote myself on this website?

I have 5 messages and it won't let me promote myself, can someone explain it to me please?

Certainly the promote yourself section actually relies on you being a FULL MEMBER, this basically mean either you have 30 message total or you have gotten the Freedom badge, by partnering your channel with the Freedom network. This is to prevent people spamming this section - though please note that you can share URL's in your profile statuses which can be seen by the forum users
