You personally need to put the effort in to make sure your content is the best it can be, make sure that you are taking time to create great thumbnails that stand out, make sure you are using the best SEO and advertising this appropriately. Finally make sure you are conversing with viewers if you can, and building those personal connections
Growth comes by hard work wich has to done by yourself. Things that might assist is a possible collab or the tips provided here on the forums. Besides that take a look at Freedom's tools in the dashboard
First try to actually make content for your channel, atm your last video was over 2 months ago. Lack of activity is going to kill any growth on your channel
