You need a total of 5 messages around the forums before you can post links , so just reply to a few more threads, for example in the milestone / achievement threads and you will soon be there

Certain areas of the forums are off limits until you either have the required amount of messages (basically replies around the forum) or until you have the partner badge added to your account (which you get for being a part of the Freedom network)
