I haven't posted in ages due to school but now that that's over I've come back to start again. I just opened the freedom dashboard and went to sign in and it says I do not have an account registered with my email. I joined freedom about a year and a half ago so I definitely did have one. What happened? Is it because I've been inactive for so long?

Hi @GeeksGoGaming welcome back to the forums :)

As far as I know Freedom! doesn't delete anyone's dashboard account unless it's been requested by the user. I'd suggest sending in a ticket to support and they should be able to help you out. In the ticket for the dashboard ID just use 5 0's instead of the ID (00000). Let me know if you have any issues contacting someone.
