Dragon Ball used to be my no. 1 by far but that's because I was a huge fanboy when I was 13/14. Nowadays I'm really into Naruto (also very mainstream, lol), Bleach, and I recently discovered a pearl called Mushishi :)

I would really recommend you all to watch (if you already haven't) Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, this series is a great introductory series into anime and a fantastic series in general, like I've probably watched brotherhood LITERALLY 4-6 times.

I can't actually say I have a "favorite anime" but on my list it is high up there as one of the first series I really enjoyed.

I don't watch a lot of anime, but I have always LOVED Sailor Moon :) I wish I had all of the episodes. I also love Fruits Basket :D it's sooooo good!!!

My all time favorite is Suzuka probably because this was my first non mainstreamed anime and nothing as been able to give me the same feeling as when I watched this one. But there are a few others I really like: Baby Steps, Say I Love You, Clannad, and Code Geass to list a few.
