I do like it, yeah, It's one of my fav kinds of music, not the best but up there somewhere

@Kan as for what it is, its not even a genre of music, its just a style of...editing ? Its not really a remix either but something like that lol xD, so yeah I like it for some of the songs and hate it for others.
PS: If you enjoy original song's vocals then dont try this one, atleast not without being ready to laugh or cry

Nightcore music is awesome! I listen to it every now and than. Not as much as I used to though.
