Network Can't post my videos?

hey Guys I am a little new to the network but if I try to go and post a video in the "promote yourself" sections it says this: (You have insufficient privileges to post here.)
I have made around 7-15 posts and I have waited a day. can someone tell me why this is happening?

You either need the Freedom! Partner Badge or thirty (30) posts in order to use the promotion section.

It doesn't show up because you apparently don't have it yet . What method of linking your channel did you use?

I went to my profile on the freedom! dashboard and I linked my accounts. I figured out how to do it from a mod post.

Well it doesn't seem to have worked, wait a day and if it still won't work then feel free to use this form and an Admin will do it manually.

It looks like your channel isn't partnered with Freedom! check your youtube features page it should show "partner verified Freedom!"
