Solved Big problem my channel Earning closed for two months

My channel Earning closed for two month for one of my channel
My channel was closed from youtube with mistake
and youtube open it again from 2 month but My channel Earning is closed and i did not receive Oct 2015 earning for this channel
and today also Nov 2015 earning is closed
my channel is active and every thing is good
I contact with support and tell me they can not fix it

so please I want any one can help me
