I was looking back at some old horror reaction compilations and noticed that during (and after) my playthrough of Power Drill Massacre, the way I scream when I get scared changed completely. My voice itself wasn't changed by this experience, just my scream. I used to do higher pitched, almost girly screams, but after that game, I have never done a girly scream again, at least, not out of fear anymore. Didn't think that was something that could happen.
EDIT: Turns out I was wrong. There were occasional times where I'd scream like a girl. But most of the time, I don't.
