It doesn't make too much of a difference in most cases, it just really depends on the person. If they're repulsed by your "decor" they'd probably be more likely to stay unsubbed. Although, I personally love it when I see a channel done up nicely, it tells me that they take it seriously. :)

Takes a while for the system to adjust to the new name. I changed my channels name this past week and it finally (2 days later) caught up all around. Also, were you sure to include your new channels name in the settings? If you're not sure what I mean it's Video Manager > Channel > Advanced >...

Update: The people voted for #NewYT and #Smallytbr - they are for those of you who are looking for others to collab with/ grow a community with if they have similar content/subcount, so it's easier to find each other on social medias. That is all.
