That sort of error is usually caused when you use "https://" on a site without SSL instead of just http://
SSL is used on sites mainly when inputting important information such as credit cards are required, like shopping online. It essentially encrypts everything. Or something like that.

Why that is popping up for Freedom's site, not sure. Something must be wrong with their SSL certificate as it never used to do that. It's even doing that for me now.

Edit: Actually if you expand the advanced link it explains their security certificate expired yesterday. That's probably why.

how do i fix or they blocked me or what... never happen to me in my life before
It appears that they just switched SSL Certificates, This usually happens when websites swap Certificates or when they expire they renew it.

Usually it can take anywhere from 3 hours to 2 days for the Certificates to become fully active, but it really depends on where they got the Cert's from.
