Solved Partnership with Freedom..

Well, I'll try to keep it short...
I used to have a channel with about 10k subs on it. I joined Freedom with that same channel when it had about 500 subscribers and everything went great, got monitized, got paid, Yippie!

Now, after a few years, started a new channel, got to 650 subs and wanted to get partnered again.
Signed up to Freedom! and apparently I can't even get reviewed until I have 5000 subscribes and 100k views?!?!

Unfortunately that is the case with networks now, with pressure from YouTube/advertisers only larger channels can be monetized. Do you still have access to your older channel? Possibly that could be partnered if you are still getting views coming in.
