ive recently applied for partnership with freedom and ive had a message saying ive have bee accepted and am under review for 60-90 days however on my partner status it says ive been denied and im just wonering if i have been and need to aplly later on!!

That email is old and wrong. Your channel will need 1000 Subscribers and 4000 yearly watch hours to be able to partner with Freedom! or any other Network like it.
