The upload schedule is the hardest for the likes of me with working day and night shifts its a feast or famine some months.
How? By not producing the same stuff others do. I do funny voice overs of not-English cartoons and they are, FINALLY, getting some after months of nothing (mostly thanks to me sharing them around like crazy).
