Solved I cant not add another account to fet acces to all Freedom benefits

Would you be able to show a screenshot of what is available on the Freedom dashboard for you?
As you should have access to all areas of the Freedom dashboard if you have partnered a channel, though please note you won't be accepted into the Freedom partnership unless you have meet the 1K-4K requirements

Unless you were unlinked on / before February 21st 2018 you would not have full access to the freedom dashboard.

If your channel doesn't meet 1000 Subscribers, 4000 Watch Hours in the past 12 months and has Monetisation enabled at https://youtube.com/account_monetization you will not gain access to all areas of the Freedom! Dashboard as of now unless you were among the channels unlinked on February 20. Quoting Freedom! Support:

Since you were linked with Freedom when the YouTube monetization requirements were implemented and the channel was unlinked Feb 21st, you still may use Position music even if the channel was unlinked on our dashboard. This is only good for all partners unlinked February 21st. We might be sending out emails for the invitation as of the moment we are focused on making sure that all the channels that were able to meet requirements are reviewed and monitored.
