I got e-mail from Freedom community, that they accepted my partnership. But how to see am I partnered as in main page of this site, it shows old version of YouTube. Also I'm asking this because there are no ads.

As long as you have an active monetisation policy and clicked the monetisation option on your video manager, before uploading your content then ads will show. It is worth noting that ads might not show all the time on content, this really depends on what ads are being advertised and what content they might of selected this to be shown on. To check you are partnered with Freedom you should go to your Status and Features section of your Youtube dashboard, which should then note one of the companies run by Freedom. Please note you are not officially linked with Freedom until you have undergone the live chat from the Freedom dashboard and got your learn more button sent to you
